the staff seemed friendly and offered tips.
I had booked an airport pickup ahead of time, yet the driver was nowhere to be found when i arrived (it was quite annoying). the breakfast hours were a struggle since i was coming from a different time zone. the real kicker was at checkout. The receptionist kept pressuring me for a perfect review, and even offered money for a top rating. It reminded me of a dishonest practice.
