I appreciated the very spacious room I received. The hotel shuttle to the airport was free and quite efficient. IT operated frequently. I found this to be a great convenience, and it made my travel day much less stressful.

The location was really convenient for getting to places nearby. i liked that the room didn't have carpet. also, i had a fridge in the room!
the shuttle driver wasn't very helpful, and that was a letdown. i was traveling with a lot of luggage, and i had to handle it all myself. this was not what i expected, especially since the hotel advertises a shuttle service.
