noisy ac units inconsistent housekeeping
the location was decent. it had direct access to the beach, but the constant crowds detracted from it.
the promised gulf view from my room was a joke, ac units blocked most of it. the noise from these units made the balcony unusable, a complete waste of space. housekeeping was slow and inconsistent. i waited until late afternoon for my room to be cleaned one day. it was very annoying.

great spot near everything
beach yoga bike rentals live music
the resort offers free beach yoga and free bikes. i found this convenient. i liked that beach attendants kept the area neat and helped set up chairs. live music at the tiki bar created a fun atmosphere each evening.
i noticed a slight need for updating in some areas of the rooms.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure my stay was special. janet, the room attendant, kept my room super clean and did a great job every day, a great service.

My spacious room included plenty of towels and a large bathroom. i liked that the beds were comfortable. the view of the bay and the ocean from the balcony was amazing. I liked it very much

Acceptable, but Some Issues with the Room
dark room empty bottles
The hotel has great access to the beach and offered rentals for beach cabanas.
I found the room to be dark and somewhat depressing. My view was mainly of the roof (that was disappointing). I found that the full-size bottles of hair conditioner and body lotion were completely empty upon arrival. There were also no grab bars in the shower, which I would have liked.
