The room looked modern. This was an acceptable aspect of the stay.
The reservation process for the spa was unclear. I was denied access because it was supposedly fully booked. This lack of clarity is unacceptable. The room's sliding doors for the bathroom and toilet were broken. They would not fully close.

The staff were helpful. The room had a hidden kitchen and that was useful. The decor throughout the hotel was lovely. The outside terraces with each room were enjoyable and convenient.

The room was a superior room king bed terrace and it was super clean. the hotel provides plenty of parking right near the entrance. We loved that feature! i found the staff friendly. they were always ready to help.

i found the room modern. it included a terrace, i liked that. the pool area was a plus (especially during the sunny days). the breakfast had a wide choice of food.
the spa access isn't automatic for hotel guests. i had to book it separately. it was fully booked when i tried to access. i also had to pay an extra fee.
