relaxing lakeside stay

afternoon tea sunset cruise
I especially appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea. It was a peaceful experience by the lake. the sunset cruise also stood out. The views were very nice. it included freshly cooked snacks. i am thankful for the well kept grounds. they created a serene atmosphere.

underwhelming stay overall

boat trouble untrained staff
I was looking forward to the boat ride, but it broke down. staff tried to reschedule for the same time another day, only to tell me it was reserved for a wedding party. also, the staff didn't seem very well-trained. I think more training would really elevate this resort.

the pool was lovely and very well kept. the restaurant food was amazing!!! i found a good selection of well cooked food. the staff are all very smiley and cute!!!
the resort lacked a bar on location.
