helpful staff lovely pool omelette station water problem no upgrade poor location
the staff are helpful and always ready to help guests. the pool is lovely. the breakfast service includes an omelette station made fresh to order.
the hotel contacted me a few days before my stay. there was no upgrade and the other hotel was in a location not good for tourists.

convenient location maintained pool breakfast options garden view
This hotel features a REALLY convenient location near local attractions. I appreciated the well kept pool. The breakfast buffet offered many options including western and Khmer choices. My room had a great view of the garden.
The in-room safe required a little getting used to. It was a minor inconvenience.
