excellent doorman great service vip status
The doorman service was really good! Staff demonstrated excellent service. I also appreciated the upgrade I received as per my VIP Expedia status, without even requesting it.
I noticed one elevator had a taped-on panel.

uncomfortable beds old carpets
The newly renovated room and bathroom were definitely a plus.
I was disappointed that the beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Some carpets in the hotel clearly need replacing. (I mean, c'mon).

i spent easter with my family and it was really amazing i would go again and make it a tradition the signature room had the most beautiful view of the bay the rooms were comfortable and clean
