While my stay had some high points, I was mostly left disappointed. The service at check-in was confusing and frustrating, which set the wrong tone for my trip. However, I must mention that I eventually had a comfortable stay in a differently assigned room. I had hoped for better experiences given the hotel's reputation but was ultimately let down by the staff's responsiveness and efficiency.

My stay at the hotel was incredible! The staff were outstanding, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I was pleased with the modern and clean facilities, particularly the spacious room that had great views. The rooftop bar was a fantastic place to unwind, although I did notice some traffic noise during my visit. Overall, a great experience that I would happily repeat.
