the pool was a highlight of my stay. it had an insane view and a lot of umbrellas were available. i also enjoyed the restaurant (especially the service). the room was clean and spacious.
some aspects require attention. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation (there were no windows). additionally, the toilet seat seemed too short. i also had to wait more than ten minutes in line for breakfast.

the slow service at the restaurant was annoying. the staff was also sometimes unhelpful. i found the waitresses unwilling to assist at times.

marta and raquel offered a warm welcome at check in. marta served us port wine upon arrival and gave helpful suggestions about the area. the room had a river view from the balconies. the restaurant staff were attentive. we enjoyed all our meals and the breakfast selection was delicious. free secure indoor parking was provided with easy access.

the breakfast included a wide variety of quality foods. the restaurant offered a lovely space. staff were solicitous even when the dining room was full, the restaurant provided a beautiful food combination of flavors. i particularly enjoyed the options on the restaurant menu.

The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. the bathroom had a modern design and super clean condition. the towels felt soft and white. The room offered a very nice view. bedding was comfortable. the room was equipped with all basic ammenities and a balcony.

the location provided a private and serene atmosphere. the hotel offers an amazing view from the room. the hotel is in a remote area, away from noise. it made this hotel special. we loved the view but the outdoor landscape was very nice.

The view from my Double Room River View was AMAZING and expansive. The private underground parking lot WAS perfect.
The gym had all the equipment broken. Both treadmills did not work. The spa is small and it became very CROWDED quickly.
