the breakfast buffet was very large. it offered a very good variety. the staff was all wonderful and kind. they even upgraded us to have a balcony, completely unprompted, so nice.
the location is a bit far from the center, but it's manageable.

the hotel features a sauna, hammam, turkish baths, and a swimming pool. all facilities looked very clean and easily accessible. the gym has modern equipment. the spa services were relaxing and revitalizing.

The staff were cute. special mention goes to anil, he greeted us warmly. the rooms had a lovely, clean atmosphere. i was very impressed with the sea view from my room. Such a dreamy outlook on the haliç.
The gym and swimming pool didn't open until 10 am. I like to exercise early. it was quite a problem for me.

Mahmoud, Yunus, Salman, and Elias provided really good service. The hotel was very clean. I noticed this everywhere. The facilities were excellent. There was a lot to see and do. The atmosphere felt generally pleasant.
The hallways occasionally smelled faintly of cigarettes. This was slightly off-putting.

The breakfast featured good food. There were many cheeses available. The dining area was kept clean. The servers were very attentive to the guest needs.
