Wonderful stay and great location
kind staffgood serviceelectricity problem
The staff was very kind. They were very good EACH time we arrived. We were greeted with a SMILE. I used almost every facility the hotel offers. The spa offers a good service.
I had a little problem with the electricity. The electricity would suddenly stop working multiple times at night, SO I had to wake up again and again.

The room interior is so pretty and calming. The room and the bathroom were very clean! The rooms are spacious and well planned out. The bathroom was gorgeous, ALONG with the accompanying balcony.

Some michelin guide restaurants are very near this hotel. EVEN the famous train street is only a few minutes away. There are many coffee places and eateries around here. It was within walking distance to the train street.

The breakfast buffet has such a good variety with on order menus. Some warm dishes change every day so it does not get boring. The pool area was spacious. The pool was very nice. The gym is also AVAILABLE.

The staff was super friendly, it. we had breakfast up on the 8th floor. It was a wonderful experience. the location is excellent. Train street is just a short walk.
the bathroom was a bit small, but i made it work.
