i was a bit let down by a couple of things. my request for extra towels seemed to get lost somewhere.. i had to ask again the next day. also, the minibar wasn't restocked daily, so i had to call down for water.. it wasn't a huge deal, but it was a slight inconvenience.

The staff provided friendly valet service. The breakfast offered excellent options and attentive service. I found parking very easy under the building. I am happy. It was very safe, i enjoyed.
THE pool was a bit chilly for a long swim.

The restaurant had a wide variety of options including halal and vegetarian choices. The buffet had a good selection. The hot meal stations seemed busy. It looked like the staff worked very hard to keep up with orders.

The hotel provides direct access to the Nelson Mandela Square shopping center. A complimentary shuttle is available. This goes from the hotel to the Gautrain station in Sandton. The chic pool area contains ample loungers. I enjoyed the space.

The room included complimentary toiletries and bottled water, A nice touch. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower. I was impressed with the cleanliness. The bed was comfortable. It was very cozy.
