spacious area pleasant atmosphere

i enjoyed the awesome pool. the restaurant offered a bright, spacious area with a wonderful view. the atmosphere near the pools was very quiet and pleasant.

sometimes, i noticed a bit of a wait for service during peak hours.

missed cleaning late cleaning

the cleaning schedule needs serious adjustment. one day, housekeepers arrived shockingly early, around 9:30 a.m. i specifically requested a later cleaning time, contacting reception as well. still, no one came that day. the following day, i personally located a cleaning lady and escorted her to our room, pointing out what needed attention. she responded in greek, a language i do not understand. despite a follow-up call to reception, our room remained uncleaned until late in the evening!!!

Breakfast impressed me and views also. Room interior surprised me at most. Location has merit but clearer signage are necessary earlier on road.

For a five-star hotel, one expects much more. Room cleaning need improvement serious. Housekeeping barely clean the room, leaving dirty spots everywhere.

Our room, a Beautiful Double Room Sea View Private Pool, was a dream. It featured a private pool and provided lovely views of the sea. The room was spacious and clean. It had comfortable furnishings. The staff provided really good service and tended to every need.

varied options prepared options shower flooding room structure

the breakfast offered fresh and varied options. there were plenty of choices and everything seemed well prepared.

our stay wasn't ideal. the shower flooded the room, and the water spread around the bed. i told reception about it several times, even showed them a video, but they said it was due to the room's structure and didn't fix anything.
