the staff were friendly and helpful. abdelhamed from the reception was especially kind. amr from the housekeeping team was very nice. the service was good.
the resort is very large. waiting for the shuttle buses took a lot of time. the all-inclusive package restricts access to only buffet restaurants. a la carte options required extra payment.

the reception desk staff were really helpful. mohammed dorhim, abdel hamed, and mohammed were amazing!!!! the location was great, and the amenities were good. the food was amazing with a wide variety to choose from. the rooms were clean, and they were cleaned regularly. i had lots of towels and gels provided.
the air conditioning was rather loud and annoying. i think it needs maintenance. this noise made it difficult to sleep soundly. hopefully, this can be addressed .

the beach impressed me with very soft sand and clear water. the hotel gardens have many exotic flowers (i loved the vibrant colors!).

wow what a resort!

breakfast at the restaurant was amazing they cooked gluten-free pancakes for my kid i brought the flour and they were so nice about it the manager was super helpful the restaurant had clean outdoor seating i really liked it the staff was friendly and efficient. i loved the beach there are different pools available the food was pretty good in the restaurant even if it isn't super kid-friendly. i must thank the receptionist for making my stay so great their service was attentive and quick.
the textiles in my room were quite worn honestly they need replacement but everything else was fine

the room included a mini-fridge with complimentary water two bottles per day there was also a safe for valuables it had air conditioning i always appreciate that the bathroom had fresh towels daily.

the front desk staff was very responsive to requests i asked for extra pillows and they arrived quickly housekeeping maintained the room very well it was always tidy and clean the towel service near the pool was convenient.

the hotel is located near the beach and it's super easy to walk i found it really convenient the grounds are expansive allowing leisurely strolls especially to the beach the proximity to the airport helped avoid long commutes.

i ate at three restaurants the spices restaurant stood out they had fresh ingredients the coral restaurant had nice variety with a buffet style this really suited me they also made custom meals for kids with allergies.
