a relaxing and nice experience

i found the staff to be professional and attentive. i lost a necklace in the spa, and they helped me find it quickly. my room and the hot springs were super clean, and they had fine views. the informative exhibitions near the alpaca farm were a nice detail.
the shower's hot water wasn't very hot, and the water flow was low. the room felt somewhat bare, though a space heater helped a bit.

i really enjoyed the smaller dining room at the restaurant. i noticed that the breakfast had fresh cooked eggs available, a detail i appreciated. the food was AMAZING!!!

my room featured a huge closet, though i did notice it lacked hangers. i also saw no drawers were available in the room. the beds were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
