the staff was very cute and always ready to assist with anything. my room was clean and offered everything needed for a relaxing stay, i found it quite cozy. i especially loved the natural beauty surrounding the hotel creating a very peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway (that's what i was looking for!).
the pool bar closed quite early some afternoons for special events, catching us off guard.

the staff provided warm and friendly service in all areas, i saw them offer swift attention to guests in the dining room. the reception team was very helpful and polite, they answered every query quickly. the staff at the bar were always smiling, creating a cute environment.

the room was clean with daily visits, it had a lovely view of the surrounding landscape. the room included comfortable bedding and basic amenities to ensure a relaxed stay. the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the temperature ideal (a very important detail).

the hotel has two pools both with clean, well kept areas and kid-friendly sections. there are seating areas and grounds around the premises which were meticulously kept. the pool areas had bars nearby offering refreshing drinks throughout the day, i never had to wait.

breakfast had a well-catered buffet with a wide selection of delicious foods each morning. the dining room itself was very clean, the staff maintained it impeccably. the dinner had fresh and tasty options with local flavors, a true highlight.
