warm welcome personal notes perfect detail kind staff
This place is new, it opened in may 2024. the staff gave me the warmest welcome ever! giovanni was very kind and checked in often. milania, francesca, & lauradonna greeted me kindly. They left personal handwritten notes, which i adored. the hotel shows perfect detail.
i noticed the ristorante menu was quite limited, but it is a new hotel, so this surely will improve!

the beautiful double or twin room balcony featured luxe velvet slippers. robes are plush, towels are plush, and pillows are plush. the decor looks like architectural digest material.

this location is perfect. it is quietly tucked away, but it remains close to everything. i walked to the colosseum. i also walked to the trevi fountain without problems.

the hotel staff were very helpful.
the breakfast buffet left me wanting more, it seemed basic. also, the ristorante menu was quite limited. i expected a greater variety of options, especially considering the hotel's supposed category.

the staff was very attentive to all my needs. My room was very clean and well-equipped i found. The hotel IS silent, i had a relaxing experience.
the breakfast buffet was underwhelming for a five-star hotel. the ristorante menu was very limited, i was disappointed. some things could improve with time since it's a new hotel.
