FANTASTIC Resort Experience!

I stayed in a caribe beautiful room. The room was spacious with daily cleaning services. The mini bar was always restocked. The staff worked so hard to make my vacation nice, especially around the poolside and restaurants.

The grounds were pretty and well kept. That much is true.
All restaurants were fully booked my first night. On my second night, reservations were only available very late. I couldn't reserve early enough after i got my room number, so the buffet was the only choice, it was crowded. The beach chairs were also worn out and uncomfortable. To get better seating, i would have had to pay extra for the premium area.

The resort grounds featured many animals, and I loved watching them. I enjoyed the availability of archery, pool, table tennis, and mini golf. The pools were very nice!!!
The maid service sometimes forgot to provide enough towels. I had to ask multiple times each day.

the staff at the market buffet accommodated special requests. they waited on you with kindness. the evening theater shows had a different theme each night and were very entertaining. games with real prizes were played with the audience.
i found the free wifi unreliable. it was frustrating since they basically force you to use their app for everything (i wasn't thrilled about this). also, i noticed bed bug bites. we were all very uncomfortable.

the beach was wonderfully maintained. there were nightly shows and music by the pool, it was amazing!!! the pools were also well-kept. dining options are plentiful and received positive feedback.
i noticed a slight odor and some minor maintenance issues in the room.
