The spa facilities included a pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam room, and a gym. It had everything I needed. Helen gave me a wonderful back and neck massage. I will book another one soon. The relaxation room was warm. It had water beds and blankets.

The reception lacked sufficient information upon check-in. It would be helpful to receive more details upfront.

the staff were cute (I appreciate that).

The main entrance doors opened and closed on their own because of the wind, and that was quite disturbing. It involved six steps down. the room had dated decor, and there were no plug sockets at the sides of the bed.

I was very surprised by some negative reviews. Maybe I was LUCKY. I had a great overnight stay here. The building is beautiful. The surroundings are also nice. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very good with a large walk-in shower.

It took a while to find reception. I think I used the wedding entrance.

Everyone was so helpful! The service I received was very nice, and were great. I also loved the historical aspect of the place, and the grounds were beautiful! It was easy to find local food options too. So that was great!

The spa details were a little unclear at first, especially regarding the lockers.
