Excellent Location and Cleanliness

The hotel's proximity to the train station was a major plus for travel convenience. My upgraded suite featured a spacious balcony, offering a nice spot to relax. The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The shower was also great (a rainfall showerhead is always welcome).

The coffee machine in the room used espresso-sized cups only. A larger cup was desired.

The room was modern, very clean, and quite spacious. My bathroom included two separate sinks. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked efficiently and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

The hotel benefits from its central location near everything. It is a short walk to the beachfront shops and restaurants. The train and bus station are also very close, just a couple minutes away on foot.

The rooftop pool provided lovely sea views. The pool area was clean and not too crowded . A travel adapter was provided, helpful (I almost forgot to pack one!).

the gentleman at reception was helpful with airport transfer information.

the room felt stuffy when the windows were closed (which i had to do) because a lot of road noise came in when they were open. i had to ask for a kettle since there wasn't one in the room initially. it seems like a standard amenity that should be provided without needing a request.

I had some issues that really bothered me, especially for the price. the parking garage was so narrow. I scraped my rental car trying to get out the first day. it caused hundreds of dollars in damages! then, i found ants in the room. i asked for ant spray and extra towels so i could clean up after killing them, but they told me it was "impossible" since the front desk didn't know where the housekeeper kept supplies after hours. it showed a real unwillingness to help. I was not happy.
