The staff check-in was very efficient and friendly. My room had a good size and a nice balcony. I found the swimming pool area awesome for relaxation.
The hotel was a little old. Some of the sheets seemed not completely clean.

great poollovely foodhot water
i enjoyed the pool area. the air conditioning in the rooms worked amazingly well. it also came with a bottle of water delivered daily. the restaurant food was lovely (i especially liked the nasi goreng) and reasonably priced.
The water wasn't hot when i wanted a shower, and it took over an hour after my first call for someone to come. the staff member seemed to imply i wasn't telling the truth, saying the hot water worked sometimes. this only seemed to work when he arrived. It seemed like he flipped a switch.

My beautiful double or twin room was beautifully renovated. It's a room i have had before. the air conditioning was already on, and the room felt very cute. the room included a television and tea and coffee making facilities.

An Okay Stay

The pool area and gardens are quite lovely. I found them well kept (it was calming. The staff were friendly and helped with my bags to my room on the second floor. There is no lift, I was grateful for their assistance after a long flight.
My bathroom was functional, but finding the right shower temperature took a little while. The room received daily service. the walls are thin. Sounds from outside were quite noticeable (even late at night).
