I found the staff very helpful. The welcome was nice! upon arrival, i received a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. salvatore provided helpful advice in the morning, stored my bags, and arranged a taxi for me. i discovered he is an artist too.

The bedroom floors were not clean. The housekeeping team did not replace or wash the cups and spoons for three days. The shower leaked into the bedroom. getting tea or coffee for the room took 45 minutes. When room service delivered it, it was the bare minimum.

The receptionists proved helpful and friendly. They assisted with every request. salvatore's advice and assistance were greatly appreciated when i asked for directions. the staff provides attentive service and warm smiles.

The hotel provided convenient extras needed , such as spare toothbrushes! my room was super clean and well kept. It smelled fresh too. i found the bed very comfortable which contributed positively to my stay.

The staff were kind and helpful. The SPA gym were fine. The seafood at the on-site restaurant were excellent. I liked that they upgraded our room.

The bedroom floor wasn't clean and house keeping didn't replace cups.

the staff provided a nice welcome when i arrived. they even gave us a free upgrade to a junior suite, a NICE surprise. salvatore was very helpful with advice and directions in the morning. he stored our bags and ordered us a taxi.

the floors were dirty in the bedroom! the cups and spoons were not replaced or washed by housekeeping for three days. the shower leaked INTO the bedroom.
