the location was acceptable. it was easy to access main areas.

Some Issues Noticed During My Stay
foul smell undercooked pastry
My stay had issues I did not expect. The mattress in room 206 had an awful smell I noticed by the second night. It made sleeping difficult and the air conditioning could not cover it. breakfast was disappointing. Pastries seemed either undercooked or overcooked. I expected more for the price I paid here

A solid stay, some minor issues
helpful staff central location clean room nice selection
I found the staff helpful with directions. i appreciated the hotel's central location. Most attractions were easy to reach. the room was clean. It had all the necessary amenities.
i must say, the wellness area carries an extra charge. it seemed a bit much considering the price of the accommodation. the cost of using the pool felt excessive, even though i understand maintaining such facilities comes at a price.

the premium double room had good storage, complete with ample wardrobe space. the bathroom includes two sinks and a large walk-in shower. the room provides blackout curtains, this helped with light control.

Stylish stay in historic building
spacious room excellent staff central location cava arrival
the room was spacious and very clean i found the staff to be excellent and always ready to help the hotel had a really spanish feel i enjoyed the breakfast it was good. the location was central which meant i could walk everywhere i wanted to go the building had character history and style i found it beautiful. the bathroom was amazing and the bed was comfortable too i would have loved to stay longer and tried the food. a glass of cava on arrival was a nice touch there was also sweets available if you wanted them which i thought was lovely.
the spa was a little expensive considering what it offered and i thought it could have been cleaner.

this hotel offers an excellent central position close to places like the plaza san francisco making walking around easy the location is also convenient to various shops and restaurants.

I was really disappointed with some aspects of my stay. the lack of a proper bar was a letdown, especially at the price point. i also think wellness zone access should be included in the accommodation price. Charging extra for the pool feels cheap. additionally, breakfast didn't meet my expectations. I expected more for what i paid. we paid extra for a balcony room but had a terrible view of another building's wall, just a few meters away. balcony view, wellness access
