The staff was very cooperative. Special mention goes to MJ. I loved her energy. The food was amazing, AND the hotel prepared jain food for US on request.

The price WAS very high, and i've been waiting for the insurance refund for a month now. It's regrettable. Reception did not offer any information about facilities/times and directions. There was no greeting.

i found the resort grounds to be maintained. the lush greenery created a tranquil environment. the breakfast included various dishes and local pastries, i appreciated this. the free shuttle service to sentosa island was beneficial. it made accessing nearby attractions seamless.

during my stay the mini-bar replenishment was inconsistent. despite reporting this to reception, the issue persisted. i expected daily replenishment. it was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent Stay at Sentosa Getaway

I stayed for four nights and found the breakfast amazing. Staff members were friendly and very helpful. The dining room staff, including MJ, provided very good service. Our room received daily service and included a free mini-bar. A free shuttle to and from Sentosa Island proved very useful.
