shuttle delay dirty mattress
i found a couple of issues . the shuttle bus experienced significant delays for pickup. i waited an hour at the designated spot. they did not change the bed lining after sweeping leaves to the side of the mattress.

complimentary mini-bar tasty masala tea lovely receptionist convenient location
the hotel is near resorts world and the beach it makes exploring very easy the location is convenient with many nearby attractions. the staff were friendly and quick to respond i thought my overall experience was so great.
The air conditioning was not cooling the room efficiently. It took maintenance a while to address the filter issue.

excellent visit at amara sanctuary
helpful staff natural light buggy service
The staff was very helpful, particularly with our baby. mj at the restaurant provided great service during breakfast. She brought happiness to our day. i found the hotel spacious with a good amount of natural light. the size meant minimal walking, however a buggy was available.
The air conditioning in my room did not seem adjustable. It constantly displayed the outside temperature.

The verandah studio was newly renovated. it had modern fixtures and a comfortable layout. the room's design promoted relaxation and rest. Its features enhanced the stay, though i did not use all the offered amenities.

calming decor private atmosphere outdoor space
i booked a verandah studio for three nights and i must say the space was perfect. the room had a very calming decor. it felt very private. i appreciated the outdoor space, too (a lovely spot for morning coffee). the peacocks added an extra touch of charm.
the breakfast buffet was a bit repetitive. i felt some variety would greatly improve the dining experience.

cooperative staff amazing food high price missing information
The staff was very cooperative. Special mention goes to MJ. I loved her energy. The food was amazing, AND the hotel prepared jain food for US on request.
The price WAS very high, and i've been waiting for the insurance refund for a month now. It's regrettable. Reception did not offer any information about facilities/times and directions. There was no greeting.

i found the resort grounds to be maintained. the lush greenery created a tranquil environment. the breakfast included various dishes and local pastries, i appreciated this. the free shuttle service to sentosa island was beneficial. it made accessing nearby attractions seamless.
during my stay the mini-bar replenishment was inconsistent. despite reporting this to reception, the issue persisted. i expected daily replenishment. it was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent Stay at Sentosa Getaway
friendly staff free mini-bar free shuttle
I stayed for four nights and found the breakfast amazing. Staff members were friendly and very helpful. The dining room staff, including MJ, provided very good service. Our room received daily service and included a free mini-bar. A free shuttle to and from Sentosa Island proved very useful.
I found the price a little high.
