helpful staff comfortable room small bar crowded breakfast
the staff were helpful. the premier beautiful room was very very comfy and tidy. the air conditioning worked perfectly, a feature i appreciated.
the rooftop bar was smaller than expected. it lacked a bit of atmosphere. i also found the breakfast area quite crowded during peak hours. the coffee machine wasn't working one morning.

central location breakfast variety friendly staff weak wifi cramped room insufficient bathroom lighting
The location was quite central. Getting around was straightforward. I liked the variety at breakfast. There were many options available. The staff seemed friendly. They tried to be helpful with requests.
The wifi signal was weak. It made working difficult. The room was smaller than the pictures suggested. It felt somewhat cramped. I found the bathroom lacked sufficient lighting. It was hard to see well.

acceptable stay
excellent breakfast helpful staff shrunk shirts ruined clothes
the staff was very beautiful. they where also very helpful. the breakfast buffet contained excellent options.
where they really messed up, was with our laundry. my partner had a number of his shirts shrink. they were apologetic gave me a refund for the laundry, but we can't really replace the clothes they ruined.
