My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, and I enjoyed the direct access to the Mall of America, which was a huge convenience. However, my experience was marred by poor room cleanliness and a frustrating interaction with the front desk that detracted from an otherwise pleasant atmosphere. I've seen much better from this hotel in the past, and it’s clear there are some serious issues that need attention.
