This hotel is extremely convenient for travelers flying out of Terminal 5, with a quick indoor walk to the terminal. I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, making for a restful night before my flight. However, I did encounter some issues at check-in that could have been smoother. The dining options were enjoyable, although I found the bar prices a bit on the high side.
