Overall, our stay at the Plaza Resort and Spa was filled with positives, especially the attentive staff and our fantastic room. However, we did face some frustrations with check-in delays and issues related to the balcony door being damaged. The property itself is beautiful, but parking can be a hassle, which slightly impacted our experience.

We loved our room, which had a gorgeous view of the ocean and was equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave, and a balcony. It felt clean and comfortable.

The staff, especially Cora and Cheri at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and maintained positive attitudes throughout our stay, which made a big difference.

The resort is conveniently located near attractions, though the surrounding area could feel a bit sketchy at times.
